Nice convenient location within Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village. Close to the winery! Rooms were spacious but bathroom sink area was cramped with poor lighting and only space for one person at a time; that area should be improved. Weights in exercise facilities were excessively heavy, probably great if you are a power lifter but useless for most so didn't return. Pool area looked welcoming but we didn't use...enjoyed the Estate visit overall.

Very nice property, rooms a little small but clean and comfortable. Mini fridge, no microwave….there’s one in the lobby you can use. 5 minute walk to the village where there are shops/restaurants. Another 3 minute walk to the winery for free wine tasting. Front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is free across the street. Worth the visit.

Me and my wife went on our wedding night and stayed at the village hotel. Lovely room and the receptionist Morgan i believe knew we had just got married and made sure we had an extra special stay. The atmosphere and architecture of the Biltmore house and gardens was beautiful. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

My husband and I came to the Biltmore estates for our 1 year wedding anniversary! Location is great you are a walk from the winery to shops to the restaurants the lights for Christmas are stunning to walk through as well as they do have animals it’s all a short walk away! Our room itself was stunning it was gorgeous opening the curtains to Christmas lights! Beds are cozy the shower area is big we got fresh towels everyday! We loved eating breakfast in the hotel lobby and getting a good coffee!! The people I spoke to on the phone helped us plan our trip we went to wine and chocolate tasting and as well as the house it was all lovely! We opted out of wine the hotel staff gave us a pass for ice cream instead at the creamery it was delicious!! We will definitely be back in the near future!!

The Village hotel is a nice location on the Biltmore property that is more economical than the other on property options. The rooms are nicely appointed but somewhat small, and both times we have stayed they only had a shower in the bathroom. The view options from the rooms arr either a parking lot and an empty field beyond, or a view of the village courtyard and shops below. For an extra $600 per night we could have had a room in The Inn which is perched high above the Village hotel but with majestic mountain views and maybe a glimpse of the higher spire of the Biltmore house. Service was excellent, helpful and patient.

I read plenty of reviews before staying here, but I have never been one to take someone else’s word for an experience. I would much rather see it for myself. I am glad I did. My wife and I have had a wonderful stay at the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate. As I write this, we are sitting in the second floor open restaurant enjoying coffee and cake after walking the grounds and soaking in the Christmas lights while they are still up. The atmosphere is peaceful, warm, and exactly what you hope for when visiting a place with this much history. The staff has been exceptional, especially Marlow. He took the time to talk with us about the property and shared his story as a second generation broom maker who crafts beautiful handmade brooms from materials found right here on the estate. Those kinds of conversations are what elevate a stay from good to memorable. It is always interesting reading reviews because you can usually tell who has built a business or worked in hospitality. Those people tend to give grace and understand that not every situation is within a staff member or property’s control. Leaving a one star review does not help anyone. If the goal is truly improvement, that comes from having a conversation with management, not tearing down a place that carries so much history and provides jobs for so many locals. Ironically, those same voices often complain when businesses are forced to close. The Biltmore itself will be just fine, but many small businesses are not. If you want to help, speak to someone who can make a difference rather than venting online and grinding an axe. We would absolutely stay here again and are grateful for the experience.

Stunning hotel, facility and service. I wish there was a few golf courses here though, seems like such a waste of all of this land Very affordable option if you plan to visit the estate (in town hotel + pass will be more) and you can access grounds outside of public hours if you want to bury or search pirate treasure or dog treats #btc
